Initial Cleaning, Spring pick-up/One time cleaning 
$40 up two the first two gallons scooped
$5 per gallon thereafter (1 gallon is equivalent to one grocery bag)
Initial Cleaning Fee may be waived all together if yard has been maintained thoroughly.

Visits are prepaid monthly

Residential Rates are based on a yard size under a 1/4 acre. Yard size above 1/4 acre is priced according to a given estimate. 

Dogs over 100lbs add $2.00 per visit.

​Billing Procedures:

Doodie Deeds operates on a pre-paid basis. Invoices for monthly customers are issued by the 11th of each month. To ensure continuation of service for the upcoming month, payment must be made by the 27th. A $5 late fee will be applied, and services may be suspended if payment is not received by the first of the month. An additional fee may be incurred if the yard is not maintained during the suspension period. We accept ACH, Debit, and Major Credit cards online. Please be aware that a 3% fee applies to all Major Credit card transactions. Transactions via ACH and Debit do not incur any fees.

Payment from one-time customers is required on the day the service is provided, payable by cash or check.

A $25 fee will be charged for any check returned due to insufficient funds.
